Job description/overview:
The Dental Assistant position is responsible for assisting in the provision of dental health services to improve dental health outcomes to Aboriginal people.
The key objectives of the role include:
- assisting in the delivery of oral health care to the Aboriginal community
- providing assistance and support to the dental clinicians
- assisting with the implementation of programs and services promoting the oral health of Aboriginal people
- assessing and develop strategies to improve dental health in the Aboriginal community.
